Performance is still good - IF you can connect. Many of the US servers simple don't work for me in Europe. But after some trial and error, I found one. "Untied Sates + Ad Blocker" Their support used to be really, really GREAT. Now there is none. At all! I tried submitting a ticket from the app - several times. Then I tried sending a message to support on the site. NADA! NOTHING! ZIP!
I bought a LIFETIME subscription, a couple of years later I’m offered an upgrade for $20 - more servers. Well new servers were not much better than what I was getting with my LT subscription. I did not renew the upgrade and now they have stopped my original LIFETME subscription. They are telling me my LIFETIME subscription has now expired…. I’m still alive. Can’t get anyone to do anything - same Mike reply’s same thing over and over. I would use major caution with these people - so many more VPN that do honest business.
I've been using this for at least 5 years. Easy to configure, good connection speed. However, I received 3 different COPYRIGHT/VIOLATION notices about downloaded movies (torrents) from my ISPs (Verizon; Spectrum) when I was CONNECTED through VPN Secure and supposedly "protected". DON'T USE IT for any sensitive/restricted data, especially torrents! Buy something else!
